Marc A. Jacques

Marc A. Jacques, a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and l’Université Concordia, is the Academic and Economic Affairs Attaché at the Consulate General of Canada in Boston.  In this position, he works with academics in various fields of research linked to Canada’s public policy priorities at New England universities and promotes Canadian universities to New England guidance counsellors and students.  He analyzes the economic outlook of the New England market and researches subjects such as housing, labour and transportation issues.  In addition to his duties at the Consulate, Marc is a member of the Board of Directors of the New England Economic Partnership, a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at Salem State University and a member of the Organizing Committee of the New England-Canada Business Council’s Annual Energy Conference.
