2012 Recreation Activity Day (RAD) Camps
Cost: $145 per week
Ages: 5-13
Our summer RAD camps are designed for campers looking to explore many different activities and share those experiences with other campers. Your child will engage in their choice of activities in a safe, supervised, stimulating, non-competitive environment.
RAD Camp offers choice-based programming, which means your child will choose from an assortment of activities including swimming, rock climbing, soccer, arts and crafts, canoeing, dodgeball, and many more. This format, and the specific opportunities we offer, are designed to develop self-esteem, leadership skills, responsibility, and teamwork.
Our philosophy is environmentally oriented, so while at camp our directors and counselors will be promoting environmental consciousness/sustainability in all aspects of camp; a skill that your child will take into everyday life.
Day Camp hours are 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. For an additional charge, you may make arrangements to drop off / pick up your child up to one hour before/after these hours. See the Parent’s Guide or Registration Form for more information.
In accordance with the American Camp Association standards, the counselor-to-camper ratio will be 1:6 for ages 6-8 and 1:8 for ages 9-13.

Computer Assisted Design/Adventure Camp – June 24-29, 2012
Overnight Camp: $800 | Day Camp Commuter: $575
Grades: 9-12
CAD Camp lets you mix your interests in computers and the outdoors with the fun of making new friends. Come learn, play, have fun, and engage in Creative Design at CAD Camp! Try new challenges at your own pace! Learn about computer-aided design (CAD) by designing something uniquely yours, then cut loose with some outdoor adventure fun!

Innovation Adventure Day Camp
Session 1: July 23 – 27, 2012
Session 2: August 13 – 17, 2012
Grades: 3-8
$220 per week, lunch will be provided.
Whether your child is creative and loves coming up with new ideas or adventurous and wants to canoe the Stillwater River, this camp will have something for everyone! Campers will be split into age-specific groups, and each day groups will alternate between half a day of innovation and half a day of adventure. Activities include creating a new board game, coming up with a new kind of snack food, taking on a challenge course and climbing a rock wall.
