Memberships, Lockers, and Policies - Equipment Rental Policies
- Customers must pay full rental fee in advance to reserve equipment.
- Equipment can be reserved in person or over the phone during open hours.
- There is no charge for reservations cancelled more than 2 days in advance.
- 50% of fee charged if cancelled fewer than 2 days in advance.
- No refunds for equipment not picked up.
- Some equipment may require a security deposit.
- Tent rentals only: you will need to set the tent up for drying and inspection upon return.
- Equipment returned late will be subject to base rate x days late, plus a $10 late fee.
- Items are expected to be returned clean. There is a $10 per item charge for each item that we must clean.
- You are responsible for the full costs of repair or replacement if gear is damaged, lost or stolen.
