Teen Leadership - Lakeside Leadership II / CIT (15-17)
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a counselor at Bryant Pond? Maybe you’ve accomplished becoming a Junior Maine Guide, completed Bushcraft, or Lakeside Leadership I, and you are looking for a new challenge. Lakeside Leadership II is our NEW Counselor in Training program, designed to build on the skills you have, and provide a unique opportunity to find the leader within. Each individual has their strengths, and within this program, a higher level of responsibility and achievement is gained. Our CITs will enjoy special privileges as they embark on this journey developing the skills to be considered as a potential staff member. As a role model to our younger campers, CIT’s will have the opportunity to share their skills with others and assist our field staff and counselors. Space is limited in this program.
