Jay Cromarty is the chairman of Red Rock Strategic Partners. Most recently he was CEO of the Wealth Advisory and Investment Management Groups of Boston Private Financial Holdings in Boston, Massachusetts. He was a member of the company’s Senior Policy Group, where he had line management responsibility for wealth advisors and investment managers, and was responsible for their strategic development. He joined the company in 2004 as Executive Vice President and was later promoted to president of the Eastern region. Mr. Cromarty came to Boston Private from State Street Global Alliance, where he was President and Director. He worked at State Street for eight years in marketing and investment. Mr. Cromarty earned a BA in Economics from UMaine in 1978 and an MBA from Babson College. He is currently a member of the Stillwater Society, Board of Visitors, Boston Alumni Chapter, Boston Executive Club, and the Maine Business School Advisory Board.
