| Working with the Graduate School and the UMaine Advancement Team, strategically plan to increase the number of funded Graduate Research Assistantships/Fellowships from 25 to 50. The Plan should require a $10M endowment goal to fund 25 annual Fellowships of $25,000 by the end of 2017 |
