Partnership Schools

University of Maine Army ROTC is open to University of Maine students as well as students at the following schools:

• Husson University
• University College of Bangor
• Colby College
• Thomas College
• University of Maine at Augusta

Students at these campuses except Husson University (Freshman & Sophmores) travel to the UMaine campus in Orono for their Army ROTC classes. All ROTC Cadets attend a weekly lab in Orono and participate in one overnight Field Training Excersize (FTX) during the semester. Accomplishing Army ROTC from these distant campuses can be difficult and requires a self-motivated student who is an academically and physically strong student.
