Studying Aquaculture at UMaine - Capstone Projects

Interested in studying aquaculture for your senior project?  Watch this space for projects available within ARI.

Senior projects are available for students in the School of Marine Science and the School of Animal & Veterinary Science.  Choose from a wide range of topic areas, and a wide range of aquatic animals. From studying the effects of environmental change on aquatic animal health, to rearing abalone, to studying fish nutrition or defining the immune system of octopus, to teaching aquaculture in the classroom, the opportunities for independent research within ARI are diverse and exciting.

If you would like to register an interest in conducting a Capstone project in aquaculture, please contact Anne Langston on email anne.langston@umit.maine.edu.
