Final Offerings Available to Complete Biometric Screening at Cutler Health Center

Your Biometric Screening consists of:

Total Cholesterol (TC)
HDL (good cholesterol)
Blood Pressure
Weight
Self Reported Height
Waist Measurement

The cholesterol screen is performed by a finger stick, where blood is drawn from the finger. You should expect that your health screening will take 20 minutes. Please consider wearing a short sleeve shirt or clothing that can be easily rolled up to ensure privacy.

These screening results can be used to complete your RiseUP health assessment. These biometric screenings are made available to employees and employees’ spouses and domestic partners that are enrolled in UMaine’s Cigna insurance plan. If you have received these results from your primary care physician since November 1, 2012 you can use those to complete your health assessment. You can also obtain these numbers by making an appointment with your primary care provider as part of your preventive office visit.

Please bring your Cigna insurance card with you at the time of visit. You may access Cutler Health Center by utilizing the main entrance. If you park in patient parking you will need to obtain a permit during check in.
